What is this?

This notice explains how Theory & Practice uses your personal information when you use our website or enter our scholarships.

“Personal information” means anything that identifies you — like your name or email address.

1. What do we collect and why?

Your Name and Email

• To create your account
• So you can use your book code
• So you can see your lessons

Your School Information

• To know which school you attend
• To help your teacher support you

Scholarship Entries

• If you enter a scholarship, we keep your project PDF and photos
• This allows our judges to review your work

2. Who sees my data?

Your information is only seen by:

• The people who run Theory & Practice
• Trusted helpers (such as website developers and scholarship judges)

We do not sell your details to other companies.

3. How long do we keep it?

• We keep your information while you are in school.
• Junior Cycle information is usually deleted after 3 years unless you move on to Senior Cycle courses.

4. Your Rights (You are in charge!)

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you
• Fix any mistakes in your information
• Delete your information if you no longer want an account
